We’re so excited about welcoming you to New Orleans very soon! Below you’ll find important information about the event.

*IMPORTANT* COVID Requirements:
The City of New Orleans mandates that you “must provide proof of at least one dose of an approved COVID vaccine or negative PCR/antigen test within 72 hours” to attend conferences or get into all restaurants and bars in the city. You will have to show this to enter the Women’s Summit, to get into the Red Fish Grill for the 80’s Cocktail Party, and/or to get into any of the city’s dining and drinking establishments. According to the hotel, masks are recommended, but not required for vaccinated attendees.

Parking:
The Ritz-Carlton has valet parking for $52.10 per day. As an alternative, premium paid parking is available from $4 - $20 per day depending on location. Click here for a map of alternate premium parking options.
Dress:
The dress is business casual. All conference venues are likely to run a little cold, so bring a sweater, shawl, or jacket just in case.
Holiday Ornament Exchange:
We are doing a destination ornament exchange this year. If you can, bring an ornament from your destination or hometown. Breezeway is excited to be sponsoring and decorating trees that we will hang these on, and each person will be able to choose one to take home. From Hawaii to Spain, there will be a lot to choose from!

- Tue, Nov 30: 2:00 – 6:00, Ritz-Carlton Library, across from the hotel desk and the courtyard, 3rd level
- Wed, Dec 1: 9:00 – 4:00, 2nd Level, just outside of elevators
- Thu, Dec 2: 8:00 – 3:00, 2nd Level, just outside of elevators
Someone from the hotel will be at registration to check your vaccination card or negative Covid test. They will not let you in if you don’t have one or the other. If you left home without it.

80s Cocktail Party Sponsored by Red Sky Travel Insurance:
We’re pretty excited about this! It will be held at the Red Fish Grill, just 1.5 blocks from the hotel. Since they will be checking vaccination cards/negative COVID tests, we will have three entrances at the restaurant. When you get your conference guide, you’ll find a Red Fish layout showing the entrances, along with where the food stations and bars are located so that you can find your favorite foods and avoid lines at the bars. We’ll have a DJ, and you’re encouraged to dress up in your best 80s attire! One change from last time: we’ve been asked not to bring glitter this time. 
What to bring:
We will have notepads, pens, agendas, and more at the desk. But the biggest thing that we want you to bring is kindness, which as hospitality pros, is easy for you! This event is a judgment-free zone. There are a lot of people coming to this conference who do not know anyone, and the vacation rental industry has been challenging over the last two years. What we want the most is for this conference to inspire, educate, and uplift in a way that embraces women for generations to come, so we could use your help in making everyone feel welcome and like they belong.
Book Signing:

Emily and Amelia Nagoski and Amber Hurdle will on hand during the Pioneer Awards Reception on Dec 2 to sign their books, Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle, Come As You Are, and The Bombshell Business Woman. We will be giving you a copy of The Bombshell Business Woman in your gift bag. And we’ll be selling Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle and Come As You Are. However, we don’t have enough for everyone, so bring your copy if you want to make sure you get it signed.

We don’t want you to feel like you’re missing out by choosing one session or another. Therefore, we are recording all the sessions except for some of the ones in the Audubon Ballroom on the 1st level (because some of the sessions in Audubon are very personal). You will get a login to videos on December 17.
Ritz-Carlton Spa:
