Sponsorship Information

This is a unique event where sponsorship is focused on supporting and celebrating the women of our industry. That said, we do provide opportunities for light brand presence and promotional materials during the event.

Exhibiting Space Guidelines (Silver Sponsors and Above)

• If you’re a Silver-level sponsor or higher, you are provided with one 6’ table and two chairs for your exhibit space.

• If you prefer a more casual presence, you may request a 24” cocktail round instead of the 6’ table. This is ideal for one-on-one conversations or displaying light collateral.

• Smaller branded backdrops and banners are welcome, but please note:

  ➤ There is not enough space for full 10x10 booth setups or large displays.

  ➤ Pop-up banners and compact signage are encouraged.

Bronze Sponsors

• Bronze sponsors may display one 36” retractable banner in the main foyer area.

Setup and Teardown

• Setup:

  ▸ Tuesday, August 19th, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

  ▸ Coordinate with Rebecca Chapman for signage and table assignments.

• Teardown:

  ▸ Thursday, August 21st, after 5:00 PM
