Sponsorship Information

This is a special event where sponsorship is mostly about supporting and celebrating the women in our industry. However, we are going to allow for each company to have a 36" retractable sign (see example) and a small 24" round cocktail table to be placed throughout the main foyer. You may use this cocktail table to add additional promotional material or use it as a space to meet with clients.

At this time, we are still working on finalizing the schedule and agenda.

If you have a Platinum, Gold, or Silver Workshop sponsorship, you should have already sent in the title and description of your session.

For panel sessions, we do ask that you submit your title and description along with your panel selection. It is also essential that your panelist have already registered or will be registering over the next couple of weeks. 

The deadline to submit your session information is November 1st. If we've not received your session information by then, we will assume that you have opted out of a workshop or breakout session.
