Kelsey Liversidge

Kelsey Liversidge is endlessly curious about how short-term rental operators actually get things done. She began her career as a property manager a decade ago before shifting her focus to technology and operations software. She spent several years both learning from property management teams, and helping them use data and tools to streamline processes and reduce operational guesswork.

She now co-runs a small short-term rental business on the coast of Maine with her family and is especially drawn to structure, clarity, and solving the messy middle of operations – so teams can move faster, work with confidence, and grow on their own terms. Most recently, Kelsey joined the Trust Synthesis team, where she helps operators uncover hidden inefficiencies and gain deeper insight into the true cost of their operations.
