Angie Leone

Angela Leone is an entrepreneur, speaker, and advocate for resilient leadership in the vacation rental industry. Founder of a successful short-term rental business in West Maui, her company was named the 2023 SBA Women-Owned Business of the Year, the 2021 Vacation Rental Management Company of the Year by VRMA, and Angela was named the SBA Maui Small Businessperson of the Year in 2019.

But she faced devastating loss when the 2023 Lahaina wildfires destroyed 90% her properties, her office, warehouse and van. Through this challenge, Angela learned powerful lessons about navigating disruption and leading with purpose. She now helps entrepreneurs build resilient businesses and lives that thrive amid change. Angela founded the Lahaina Dreamer’s Cohort, supporting fellow wildfire survivors, and champions post-traumatic growth, community resilience, and reinvention through her storytelling and strategic guidance. 

Angela and her husband, Michael, now find joy in running their successful luxury bed and breakfast property in Ka’anapali together and Leone loves writing, surfing and coaching her sons’ varsity volleyball team.
