Cassie Fields is the Chief Revenue Officer at Hostaway, the leading all-in-one vacation rental property management software provider. In her role, she leads Hostaway’s global sales and marketing strategy, driving continued growth and expanding the company’s fast-growing global footprint in the vacation rental market. With over a decade of experience scaling vertical SaaS businesses, Cassie has held leadership positions including CRO, CEO, and President, successfully growing companies from early-stage startups to nine-figure enterprises. Prior to Hostaway, she served as President of AutoLeap and CEO of Field Services at Xplor Technologies. Cassie is also a recognized mentor and advocate for women in sales leadership.
