Kelly McNeil

Kelly McNeil is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience leading enterprise-level initiatives across financial services, technology, and the vacation rental industry. After concluding her career in finance services as a Chief Operations Officer, she made a bold pivot in 2022 and now serves as the Senior Strategic Program Director at TravelNet Solutions, where she oversees the implementation of payment solutions and other key strategic initiatives within the Track platform.

Outside of her professional work, Kelly is a devoted wife and proud mom to four boys. Passionate about community impact, she serves on several nonprofit boards, including The Salvation Army, and supports her husband’s mentorship-based nonprofit, The Forge.
