Kerrie Racicot

Kerrie Racicot is the CEO and co-owner of Tahoe Truckee Vacation Properties, a family-owned property management company that manages more than 270 homes across Truckee and North Lake Tahoe, ranging from cozy ski leases to luxury vacation rentals. Raised in the business and now at the helm, Kerrie brings a blend of deep-rooted experience and fresh vision to the company’s continued growth and evolution.

Known for her hands-on leadership and passion for problem-solving, Kerrie is equally committed to nurturing her team as she is to delivering exceptional service. Under her guidance, Tahoe Truckee Vacation Properties has grown significantly while maintaining the personalized, boutique feel that sets it apart in a crowded market. The company’s dual mottos – “We work hard so you don’t have to” for homeowners and “The vacation of a lifetime, every time” for guests – reflect a core philosophy of care, ease, and excellence.

In addition to her business leadership, Kerrie is a recognized voice in regional tourism and policy. She currently serves as Chair of Visit Truckee-Tahoe, the area’s destination management and marketing organization, and contributes to numerous advisory and focus groups guiding local regulation and sustainable development.

Kerrie’s professional roots also include a background in environmental engineering and green building consulting, expertise that continues to inform her thoughtful, community-focused approach to hospitality and stewardship in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
