Monica Thibodeau

Monica has been the Managing Owner of Carolina Designs Realty for over 30 years.  She has served on the Duck, NC Town Council for 23 years, currently as Mayor Pro Tem.  She is an active volunteer in the community and has served in leadership positions on the Outer Banks Association of Realtors, Outer Banks Tourism Board, Outer Banks Relief Foundation and the Roanoke Island Historical Association.  She has five children and five grandchildren, and is grateful for every day.
