All cancellation requests must be made via email to rebecca.chapman@vrmintel.com. No refunds will be granted if the request is received after May 1, 2025.

If the event must be postponed by VRM Intel and/or the Francis Marion Hotel, we will notify you immediately. Your ticket will automatically be moved to the new dates, and we will offer refunds upon request only for 30 days after a new date change is announced. If the event must be canceled completely, we will refund the net amount paid minus the $19.99 fee.
