Jen Ford is a seasoned executive with a background in e-commerce, retail, travel, and technology. During her career, Jen has worked in both public and private companies, from start-up to Fortune 100. She has led successful teams in a broad range of functions, including strategy, finance, investor relations, business intelligence, revenue management, and human resources. Notable roles include her position as Chief Commercial Officer & CFO at TurnKey Vacation Rentals, head of Finance at Snap Kitchen, head of Investor Relations, a member of the IPO team at HomeAway, and multiple overseas assignments in Europe and Asia with Dell.

Kimberly Lang joined Inhabit IQ in summer 2021 as Managing Director of its Vacation division. In this newly created position, Kimberly works across the division to drive strategic initiatives and client advocacy programs that accelerate the future of vacation rental technology and deliver greater value for the vacation rental industry. With more than 20 years of experience in the technology and software space across property management, real estate, and payment processing, Kimberly recently served as Chief Business Officer at CheckAlt and as Chief Operating Officer at ExamSoft. Previously, she spent more than a decade in various leadership roles with RealPage, a multinational property management software corporation.

Margot Schmorak is the CEO and Co-founder at Hostfully, a software platform for short-term rental and vacation rental managers. Formerly at Apple, she launched the iPhone Developer Program and served as the Head of Marketing for a $250M biz unit ServiceSource. Margot is also a community volunteer on anti-racist and community-building efforts at a few public and private schools in San Francisco.

Amy Hinote is the founder and editor of VRM Intel which provides news and education for the rapidly expanding professionally managed vacation rental industry. With a background in finance and marketing and over 10 years in the vacation rental industry, Hinote has worked with property management companies, suppliers, and intermediaries and provides insider information about the growing vacation rental industry. Hinote resides just north of Chicago in Evanston, IL.
