Rhonda Abedsalam develops and implements sales and marketing strategies in the Western half of the US to enhance my customer base and increase sales and profitability of travel insurance products in the vacation rental market. She is responsible for cross-selling existing accounts as well as targeting new accounts with a focus on a high volume and profitable business. She serves as an industry expert on travel insurance with numerous speaking engagements at industry events and panel discussions and for keeping partners abreast of changing insurance regulations to ensure that they remain in compliance with Department of Insurance standards.

Tracy Cappel is a Generali Global Assistance National Account Executive. She has been working for Generali for over a decade and is an expert on travel insurance plans offered by the company.

Shannon MacPeek brings over 20 years of experience to her position of National Account Executive. She is dedicated to
serving property managers throughout the Eastern United States. As a VRMA and NCVRMA member, she is here to help protect and grow your business.
